We are looking for a Head Chef to run one of our kitchens allowing us to transfer chefs internally.
The successful applicant will ideally have been a Head Chef elsewhere for 2 years, have all relevant training including Health & Hygeine Level 2 and First Aid. We work a 5 day week covering approximately 55 hrs. Responsibilities will include entire running of kitchen ie profit margins, wage percentages, consistency of quality of food including presentation, conformation to all Health & Hygiene/Safety requirements, menu planning, maintenance etc. Our menus consist of freshly prepared dishes including pasta, pizzas, sandwiches from breakfast to dinner and can be downloaded from our website. Part Time Receptionist: As the face of the Ayrshire & Galloway Hotel and the first person our customers see when they visit it is essential that you are of an upbeat, attentive and pleasant manner. The successul applicant will have had previous experience in the same line of work. RELIEF / PART TIME NIGHT PORTER - Covering holidays etc. Duties include generally maintaining our high standard of cleanliness. 10pm until 8am 2/4 shifts per week.
CLEANER REQUIRED - Neat, clean, tidy & reliable person required to clean bar/brasserie in Prestwick. Sweeping, mopping, cleaning, replenishing & keeping toilet area to maximum cleanliness as well as maintaining high standards throughout. 5/7 days 6AM - 9AM to include weeknds.
